Grizzly Steps Into Partnership With Pinnacle Brand Group

Pinnacle approached Grizzly to develop a strong direct-to-consumer strategy, to reposition their brands, and build a dynamic, modern platform for e-commerce growth.

Grizzly’s goal was simple, but audacious: create brand growth by connecting Pinnacle’s brands with culture. With an ambitious four-month timeline, we simultaneously refreshed three of Pinnacle direct-to-consumer brands. Gordon Rush is their flagship brand with a 20 year legacy of luxury in footwear excellence. Blake McKay is a new brand, designed to reach a broader market with the ethos that every man deserves a great pair of shoes without the markup. Ankari Floruss is a fresh new collection in collaboration with men’s fashion influencers, Moti Ankari and Marcel Floruss.

Our team began by discovering unique insights about each brand and positioning them authentically and competitively in the market. We built on that position by refreshing each brand’s identity and messaging to more effectively tell their story. This led to newly-designed e-commerce experiences around each brand’s personality and improved the user experience, mobile functionality, and performance of each site. We overhauled Pinnacle’s media strategy, and worked closely with the their team to create new content, build on what already exists, and imagine the future for each brand, and the results have been astounding so far. Direct-to-consumer revenue is up almost 40%, website conversion rates have nearly doubled, and ROAS has increased by 60%.
