Grizzly Strengthens Executive Leadership with VP, Operations Hire

Grizzly is excited to announce the addition of Kelsey Carter has joined Grizzly as VP of Operations. As a creative agency that has continued to thrive at the intersection of strategy, design, technology, and storytelling, we’re thrilled to add a leader that will strengthen these offerings and bring over a decade of production and operations experience to our growing team. As a member of the agency’s executive team, she will report to the CEO and Partner, Nate Spees. Kelsey will manage day-to-day operations and production to ensure client success and delivery excellence. With a background in TV production, she has worked across a variety of industries with clients such as Medtronic, Fisher Price, and Regal Cinemas, Harmless Harvest, Plum Organics, Oikos, and Babyganics.

Kelsey joins Grizzly with over 15 years of experience leading creative teams. She brings a wealth of production and storytelling experience to Grizzly, enhancing the agency’s content offering. Most recently she served as VP, Head of Operations and Production at Something Massive in Los Angeles, managing business and production operations. Prior to her roles at Something Massive, Carter spent a decade producing shows for ABC, NBC, and the Travel Channel. Kelsey holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and Bachelors in Communication from Loyola Marymount University.
